Our full price list, covering every load size and additional price, so you can see what your clearance will cost before you call.
What a Load Costs
We price by volume, meaning how much space your things take up in the van, not how long we are there or how many pieces there are. Find the load that looks closest to yours and you have your figure.

Each figure above is the total for that load. The team, the lifting, the loading and the transport are all in it, and nothing is added once the van is full.
Which load your clearance comes to is an estimate until we have spoken. The figure we confirm takes the size of the load, the labour it needs and the weight into account, so send a description or a few photos and you will have your price before anything is agreed.
Additional Prices
A handful of items cost more to handle, so they are listed on their own instead of quietly raising the price of every load. You only pay them if you have the item.

Items marked POPs are upholstered pieces that have to be kept apart from the rest of a load and handled through their own route, which is why they carry a price of their own. Where a price reads "As incurred", the charge is whatever it comes to on the day and it is listed separately so you can see it.
Nothing Added on the Day
The figure we agree before we set off is the figure you settle at the end. We do not bill by the hour, so a job that runs long is our problem rather than yours, and there is no charge for turning up.

We work out which load on the list your job comes to, and add any per-item extras that genuinely apply.

We confirm the price and what it covers before you commit. Say yes and the date is yours, including today if we have a slot.
We clear and load
The team lifts, carries and loads. Items are reused, recycled or taken to licensed facilities, and the price does not move.

Same-day slots when we have them
Urgent work is priced off the same list. Speed does not carry a premium, it just depends on the diary.
Your Price Includes the Lifting
With a skip you still do the loading yourself. Everything has to come down the stairs and out to the drive, and that is most of the job. Our price includes the crew who do that part.
