Clearance Done Properly
A small, owner-run clearance service. You get a price before anything is lifted, a registered carrier taking the load away, and none of the heavy work left to you.

Small, Local and Owner-Run
The person who prices your job is the person who turns up to do it. That is deliberate. Clearance is a trade where it is easy to quote low over the phone, then find reasons to add to the bill once the van is half loaded and you have no practical way to say no.
So we price the other way round. Tell us what needs clearing, in a message or a few photos, and you get a figure upfront based on how much space it all takes up in the van. Not an hourly rate that grows on the day, and not a per-item list you have to audit. We work seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, so most jobs fit around your week rather than the other way round.
Send us your postcode and we'll confirm availability.

Where Your Things End Up
Anything with life left in it is set aside for donation or reuse rather than tipped, because most of what comes out of a home is not broken, it is simply no longer wanted. What genuinely cannot be reused goes to licensed facilities.
That side of the job is regulated, and it is worth knowing why. If a property's contents are fly-tipped, the liability can follow back to the household that handed them over, not only to whoever dumped them. We are registered upper tier with the Environment Agency as a carrier, broker and dealer, so every load leaves with a duty of care transfer note behind it. The registration is CBDU650018, and you can check it on the public register in about ten seconds. Do it for anyone you are thinking of booking, us included.
What We Hold Ourselves To
Four things that do not move, whatever the job turns out to be on the day.
A price before we start
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the van. You get the figure upfront, and it does not change because the work took longer than expected.
A registered carrier
Registered upper tier with the Environment Agency as a carrier, broker and dealer, listed on the public register for anyone to check before they book.
Reuse first, licensed facilities after
Usable furniture and household items are donated or passed on. Whatever is left goes to licensed facilities, never to the side of a road.
You don't lift a thing
We handle the carrying, the stairs, the loading and the tidying up after ourselves. Nothing needs sorting, bagging or dragging to the door before we arrive.
Ready When You Are
Send your postcode and a rough idea of what needs to go. You get a price upfront, and no call-out fee either way.
